Applicants may opt for a Temporary Residence Permit, issued at the beginning of the process, valid for one year. After six months, full documentation must be submitted. On approval, it converts into permanent residency. Rejected applications will result in the permit being revoked within 15 days.
The MPRP includes spouses or long-term partners, children (including adult dependants), parents and grandparents—subject to eligibility.

Applicants who own property may lease it when abroad. Tenants may sublet, with landlord consent, after 5 years. Agents must maintain leasing logs and present them to the Agency on request.
