Alina Scerri is a Dubai-based investment migration and global mobility advisor specializing in cross-border relocation for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients across the MENA, CIS, European, and North American regions.
Before establishing Stellar Pass, Alina managed complex international client portfolios, built international partner networks, and supervised rigorous due diligence and KYC frameworks. Her career includes key roles at leading corporate firms in Malta and Dubai, alongside global leaders in the investment migration sector.
